You can do infrared alone, or one of the many massage settings by themselves, or both. I really did like it and it really did help, but now that i'm better it just collects dust. I only charge what it costs me via USPS but apparently the last buyer was too preoccupied to check the ship cost prior to winning the offer and was taken aback that it costs money to ship it. My feet are better, so I just never take the time any more.

Save yourself a bunch of money, because it's not cosmetically perfect, and maybe save your feet too. You can see in the pics where the plastic over the buttons shows obvious signs of wear. I quit using it early last year.

I've had this foot Massager for several years, I don't know exactly how long. However, it works great.

It is model ab 753, just like the new ones you see listed, but used and I don't have a remote, never did.
