It is contoured and has a neck pillow that detachable if you don't want there. It is 69 inches long and wide with a neck pad. This comes in blue with a long electric cord 105 inches. It was barely, if ever used.

There is also a hand held remote that will direct heat and more intense pressure to other areas if needed.
