I run this for 15 minutes on my back not even once a day and my back has been so much better. Thankfully it is, if not, better. Although I haven't tried it also has options for feet hands, arms, and other areas.

After going to pt for several weeks I discovered from someone that I could purchase my own Electrical muscle simulator on the internet and it was actually a common device. This is an absolutely awesome device. I had my doubts about it and wondered if it was as good as what the therapist uses.

The booklet also shows areas to use it to help with hunger stomach problems, sleep problems, and more. I get very minor backaches now but no where near the magnitude and or annoyance that they were before. Boxes or military addresses.
