It has 4 settings, low, high, low heat, and high heat. It has a weight that zips to it to hang over a chair for neck, shoulders, and back massage. Im telling you this from what I know from someone who has one.

This item is technically new. I paid a little more than double with shipping, than what im asking for it. It has been touched once for not even 30 seconds. It has excellent ratings online and sells for since the plastic was opened and it was plugged in, it would be considered used.

This item is black simulated leather and is filled with a soft foam, and has to rotating heated massages. If you unzip the chair weight, it can be propped up behind you in bed for an excellent neck and shoulder massage. I've tried this massager before, not this one, but an exact duplicate a friend has, and I love it.on most sites.

The fact it was never really tried and is in brand new condition, I was hoping that someone would give the listing a chance, and read it. I touched it more taking the photos. It was a I bought for my wife and she wanted a different style.
