There are no tears or holes in the cushion seat or the seat back. The remote still has the factory plastic on it.

The entire unit is clean with no odors, it is ready to use. Seat back cushion measures about 24 high x 17 across. This item is in very good condition, it has been fully tested and all functions are working perfectly. There are Velcro straps on the back of the cushion so it can be secured to a chair.
