I don't know what caused this but it doesn't interfere with functioning. It comes with the original packing and instruction manual. It has high and low setting with, on the vibrate function, a heat option. The only blemish on item is some spots of discoloration power cord.

It vibrates and provides heat if desired via the shiny metal plate on top of device. Hi all, this sale is for a vintage but gently used Oster hand held infra red vibrating or pulsating massager. It pulsates via the arm that is on bottom of massager. Simple to use but I think the instructions could have been plainer regarding functions.

A selected attachment is placed on this arm by simply pressing it.
